ASNT’S VOLUNTEER SUMMIT
The Volunteer Summit, scheduled for the end of May, is designed to be a dynamic
and impactful event that engages, recognizes, and inspires volunteers across all
levels of the organization. Through a carefully curated selection of workshops,
interactive sessions, and networking opportunities, the summit will provide volun-
teers with valuable insights, tools, and resources tailored to their specific roles and
responsibilities.
This gathering will bring together volun-
teers from diverse backgrounds and
experience levels, creating a collaborative
space where knowledge-sharing and
mentorship can flourish. By fostering
meaningful connections between volun-
teers, staff, and leadership, the event will
help strengthen relationships, encourage
dialogue, and reinforce a sense of
belonging within the organization.
Additionally, this event will serve as a
platform to celebrate the dedication and
contributions of volunteers, recognizing
their efforts in driving ASNT’s mission
forward. Through keynote speeches
and panel discussions, attendees will
gain a renewed sense of purpose and
motivation, leaving with a deeper under-
standing of how their work contributes to
the Society’s broader vision.
Ultimately, the Volunteer Summit will
enhance volunteer engagement and
cultivate a stronger, more connected
community, empowering participants to
continue making a meaningful impact
in their respective roles. ASNT staff
and seasoned volunteers will serve as
facilitators.
Q: Who is invited?
A: Any member of ASNT interested
in volunteering, including section
leaders, those interested in
committee and council work,
speakers, and instructors.
Q: What is the registration fee?
A: Registration is free. However,
attendees are responsible for
their own transportation and hotel
accommodations.
Q: Where is the Volunteer Summit
being held?
A: The Volunteer Summit will be held
in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Hyatt
Regency St. Louis at the Arch.
Q: When is the Volunteer Summit?
A: The meeting dates are
30 May–1 June. Friday evening
will kick off with a meet-and-
greet, followed by a full day
of workshops and learning on
Saturday. ASNT will host dinner on
Saturday night, followed by a half
day of workshops and learning on
Sunday.

NOTICE

elections. On 14 March, all eligible
voting members of the Society
received an email with instructions
and a link to vote online. The voting
period will remain open through
11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on 15 April
2025. Please note that the following
member categories are not eligible
to vote in ASNT elections: Associate,
Student, and Complimentary. To
