It manages ASNT’s certification and accreditation programs and is governed by an independent Board of Managers which is appointed by ASNT’s Board of Directors. Note 6: ASNT India Private Ltd. Co. is a for-profit private limited company incorporated in India in 2022. It is wholly owned by ASNT Inc. Note 7: ASNT Foundation is a 501(c)(3) incorporated in Ohio in 2022 for the purpose of funding workforce development programs, scholarships, grants, and research in nondestructive testing.
