The following is a list of proposed actions and new standards that have been received recently from accredited standards devel- opers. To view information about addi- tional standards for which a project initiation notification has been submitted, and to search approved American National Standards, please visit ansi.org, which is a database of standards information. Note that this database is not exhaustive. l BSR/AWWA D100a-202x, Welded Carbon Steel Tanks for Water Storage. This is a supplement to ANSI/AWWA D100-2021. This standard provides the minimum requirements for the design, construction, inspection, and testing of new welded carbon steel tanks for the storage of water at atmospheric pressure. l BSR/AWWA D103a-202x, Factory-Coated Bolted Carbon Steel Tanks for Water Storage. This is a supplement to ANSI/AWWA D103-2019. This standard provides the minimum requirements for the design, construction, inspection, and testing of new cylindrical, factory-coated, bolted carbon steel tanks for the storage of water, applicable to tanks with a base elevation substantially at ground level. l BSR/PRCA 1.0-3-2014 (R202x), Safety Standards for Challenge Courses, Adventure Parks, Canopy Tours and Zip Lines: Design, Performance, Inspection, Installation, Equipment, Operations, Training and Certifications. This is a reaf- firmation of ANSI/PRCA 1.0-.3-2014. The safety standards cover design, performance, inspection, installation, equipment, operations, training, and certification standards for the ropes course/challenge course, aerial adventure park, canopy tour, and zip line industry, including designers, builders, operators, and users. l BSR/TIA 1152-A-2016 (R202x), Requirements for Field Test Instruments and Measurements for Balanced Twisted- Pair Cabling. This is a reaffirmation of ANSI/TIA 1152-A-2016. This reaffirms ANSI/TIA 1152-2009 as determined in TIA TR-42.7, incorporating new specifica- tions and other information as required to support field testing of cabling described in ANSI/TIA 568-C.2-1. Call for Comment on Proposals Listed The public comment period has passed for the following draft American National Standards, which are currently in review. l BSR GPTC Z380.1-202x TR 19-21-202x, Guide for Transmission, Distribution and Gathering Piping Systems. This is an addendum to ANSI/AGA GPTC Z380.1- 2018. This will review existing GM and address the duties, responsibilities, tasks, and expectations of an inspector for constructing mains under §192.305. l BSR/ASTM E329-202x, Specification for Agencies Engaged in Construction Inspection, Testing, or Special Inspection. This is a revision of ANSI/ASTM E329-2020. l BSR/AWS G2.4/G2.4M-202x, Guide for the Fusion Welding of Titanium and Titanium Alloys. This is a revision of ANSI/AWS G2.4/G2.4M-2014. The Guide for the Fusion Welding of Titanium and Titanium Alloys provides instructional guidance for the welding of titanium and titanium alloys. This guide explains processes, equipment, materials, workshop practices, joint preparation, welding technique, tests, and the repair of discontinuities. l BSR/AWS G1.6-202x, Specification for the Training, Qualification, and Company Certification of Thermoplastic Welding Inspector Specialists and Thermoplastic Welding Inspector Assistants. This is a new standard. This specification defines the requirements and program for an employer (company) to train, qualify, and company certify thermoplastic welding inspector special- ists and thermoplastic welding inspector assistants to contract or industry-specific inspector standards. The program is developed as a written practice and controlled by an employer. The qualification requires documenta- tion of experience, training, and satis- factory completion of an examination. The examination tests knowledge of welding processes, welding procedures, welder qualification, destructive testing, nondestructive testing, terms, defini- tions, symbols, reports, records, safety, and responsibility as specifically applied by the contract or industry standards applicable to the employer. l BSR/ASME B30.18-202x, Stacker Cranes (Top or Under Running Bridge, Multiple Girder With Top or Under Running Trolley Hoist).
