One of the best ways for NDT subject matter experts to share their knowl- edge with the NDT community is by contributing to ASNT publications, and ASNT’s many authors and reviewers have been hard at work developing a slate of upcoming new releases. THE MW COMPENDIUM: ARTICLES ON MICROWAVES This comprehensive compendium, compiled by members of ASNT’s Microwave Committee, is a collec- tion of technical papers and arti- cles on the microwave testing (MW) method published in ASNT’s Materials Evaluation, Research in Nondestructive Testing, and The NDT Technician news- letter from 1963 to 2022. The articles in this volume cover a wide range of topics including defect detection and material property measurements, corrosion and crack detection in metals, and technique development and signal processing. The content was compiled to provide additional reference material for the development of the MW body of knowledge.
