Q: How can I get a copy of my membership card? A: To help reduce our carbon footprint, ASNT is no longer mailing printed membership cards or certificates. Your current membership information can be viewed with your MyASNT login. Q: Help! I’m missing my issue of Materials Evaluation. A: First, log into MyASNT to see if your membership has expired recently. If your membership is current, check to see if your mailing address is up to date and doesn’t have any errors. If you still haven’t received your print magazine and two months have passed (e.g., it’s December and you haven’t received your October issue), contact Customer Support. (Delivery to some international members may take up to 12 weeks.) Up to two claims for missing issues can be made within the 12-month term of the subscription. Also, keep in mind that some ASNT membership categories are digital only and do not include a print subscription to Materials Evaluation, including Student and New NDT Professional. Q: Can I opt out of the print edition of Materials Evaluation? A: Yes, you can. Please email CustomerSupport@asnt.org to opt out of receiving the print version of Materials Evaluation. Q: How can I get a copy of my receipt for accounting purposes? A: All invoices/receipts can be found on your My ASNT tab. On the left, choose “Invoices/Transaction History.” Q: How can I verify that a person is certified by ASNT? A: ASNT lists all current certificate holders at asntcertification.org. Look for the Certificate Holders tab on the far right hand side of the navigation menu. Q: Where did my information for my certification go? I cannot see my certificates. A: If you are unable to see your information, unable to log into your account, or unable to create a new password, this likely means that your account has been duplicated. Please contact Customer Support for help. Q: Why can’t I renew my membership/ certificates or purchase ebooks? Why is my country “sanctioned”? A: ASNT must comply with all applicable sanction laws when providing goods or services to individuals (including US citizens) residing in an embargoed or sanctioned country. You can view the searchable database on the US Department of the Treasury’s website (home.treasury.gov) under “Policy Issues.” ASNT’s policy can be viewed on asnt.org About Sanctioned Countries.
